1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using ScrapDesk, you agree to these terms. If you are using the service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation.

2. The service

ScrapDesk provides trading-operations software including purchase and sales orders, inventory, parties, vehicles, daily rates, expenses, and VAT-oriented reporting. Features may change as the product evolves.

3. Free trial & billing

New organisations receive a 15-day free trial, no credit card required. After the trial, continued use requires an active subscription. Fees, where applicable, are quoted in AED.

4. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter, for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, and for ensuring your use complies with applicable UAE laws and tax obligations. ScrapDesk is a record-keeping tool and does not constitute tax, legal, or accounting advice.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access other organisations' data, disrupt the platform, or use it for unlawful purposes.

6. Data ownership

Your organisation's data remains yours. You may export it at any time. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Availability & liability

We work to keep the service available and reliable but provide it on an "as is" basis without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding three months.
